I think some of you may be over reacting. I read it as a pie-in-the- sky idea without any wants, demands, or challenges to modders. Years ago I toyed with an idea for a funny post about "Have you ever seen what an anti-material rifle can do to a dragon?". I still think it's funny, but maybe I'm the only one :).

This is never going to happen
This is never going to happen. Just... no. I have no modding talent at all, and even I can see this.
With that said - I would love to see some dragons in Fallout. THAT would be a truly awesome battle. I highly suspect that they use script functions that aren't available in NVSE, but hey, a man can dream, can't he?
But on-topic, as much as I'd love to see this, I just don't think it's feasible, based on how long it's taking an experienced and dedicated team to get two games with nigh-identical engines to mesh properly, to say nothing of games as different as NV and Oblivion.

Dragons in Fallout?
Dragons in Fallout?
Any way to combine the Deathclaw and Cazador into a new flying creature with claws of doom? Oh and add the flamer effect for good measure.

it sounds pretty sweet, but i think you'd have to invent flying to make it really work, otherwise you'd have a hovering-ish dragon using cazador animations floating around on an invisible stand. although, if that's your sort of thing, then go on with your bad self.

Right, this is a warning. If you even hint at this stuff again I will find you.

Would you believe me if I told you that I would absolutely love to see some sort of Deathclaw/Radscorpion/Cazador hybrid flying around the wastes? You'd need a flying script first (XRE Vertibird or Jetpack Mod might have some scripts you could salvage), but it would be a truly awesome opponent for those of us with uber-high-level characters and nothing to stand a chance against them.
