basically, after you finish the quest for GNR, you can hear it from anywhere, vegas, point lookout, ect. and maybe even compatible with a version of GNR enhanced?

I second this. This would tie the two wastelands very nicely together, and would serve as a sweet reminder that stuff is going on on the other side of the continent.

I think asking for this as a mod, not an incorporated part of TTW, is a great idea. No, logically it would make no sense in game, but I love GNR Enhanced and prefer the music of it over most songs in the Mojave...

I was going to make a
I was going to make a personal use mod in the past that after finishing the Mothership Zeta DLC would allow the player to place alien "antennas" on the radio places (Raven Rock, Agatha's House and GNR in the Capital Wasteland) and then be able to listen to those radios on the Mojave desert.
My reasoning was that the alien antennas would send the signal to the Spaceship and then the spaceship would use it's advanced technology to send the radio signals to my pipboy.
Never finished that mod because it is me and I never finish any mod ever...
So if anyone wants to make a more complex way of enabling the radio stations on other wastelands and like my idea, then go ahead 
 I would love to see it made.

The hardest part about that, Rise, would be trying to finish Mothership Zeta as it is right now 
 Otherwise, I would totally love to see a mod like that.
