Wish for a Companion (Cosmic's birthday wish.)

Hello everyone, on August 9th i am turning 24. and i got a Wish. To Bring my Companion Idea to Life. for that. i need YOU! i need a Modder who knows how to Make Companions and not The NCCS and RR Type. i am Talking Unique.

I have an Idea for One. But couldnt Explain what she would look like intil this Morning when i saw some pics from the Nexus User maybenexttime.

Her Name would be Evangelyne. NCR Trooper on the Fast Track to becoming a Ranger. there are some other Details but those can wait for right now. if you are interested give me a shout here
