Companions/Faction Mod Idea? The Sisters of Fire

i had an Idea today when lost in thought. A Group of Female Soldiers in Enclave Hellfire Armor called "The Sisters of Fire". i have some idea's but i am not good at typing it. so PM me if you are interested. also not a Fan of NCCS. i try to install it but it dont seem to like me
