I was thinking that something like http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55270/? would be awesome, but with the Tunnel Snakes jacket instead. Maybe as a craftable armour piece (vault 101 security armour + tunnel snake outfit?) My nifskope skills are rated in the negative numbers, not to mention my abilities at creating textures, which begin and end somewhere around stick figures.
