Having played many games over the years, I have found that one of my favorite modded features (and weirdest knowing me) is the journal mods. I got into the habit in Skyrim that every time my character went to bed, I would write down and record the days events. Its just something that I enjoyed doing, don't know why but i did. I have looked everywhere for some form of this and have not been able to find one.
Heres hoping that someone with some talent will come along, see this and make it so.
