Suggestions about Random Encounters and quests.

Hello guys.

I started a new TTW playthough some days ago and i was thinking install some new mods but my main worry right now is about npcs and quests. Any recommendation or mod about make game more populated with bandits and fights or some kind of repeteable side jobs/quests?.

The Regulators is one that meets both those requirements, on the DC side anyways.
