I just thought that would be interesting if we could loot motorcycles to get a Motorcycle gas tank and two Motorcycle handbrake maybe it would require 25 repair skill or something 
and if we explode the motorcycle maybe have a small chance of getting some of those items (Luck based).
It just seems strange to me that we can find those parts but we can't really get them from actual motorcycles

I agree. Would be cool if motorcycles were like little exploding activators. You could stroll by and snatch the tank off (visibly.)

Would be cool to see this. I've only ever found parts next to the motorcycle. This would be a mod I would use.
in the [url=http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/2693]FO3 Ammo Toolkits mod[/url] there is a Ammo Bench - Car Mechanic.esp that allows you do exactly this.
You could do this in scavenging the wasteland, a mod I made for TTW, allowed you to loot pretty much anything (rubble piles, cars, generators) if you had tools. Tho I haven't got around to making an updated version.
