[REQ] expand Can Opener to TTW

Is it hard to covert and expand this mod to TTW http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/11137/? ?


It make Power Armor less accessable and more unique in my opinion a really nice Mod to have.

As for whether or not it can be converted, this ling scares me. "I'm not going to lie; Can Opener alters a lot of vanilla resources"


I'm no expert at converting Fallout 3 mods, but i think that MAY be a problem.

I'm already very interested in Panzer. I just fought  maybe Can Opener can be converted without to many work.
