keep an eye on the [url=http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/content/panzer-tjmidnight420-gribbleshnibit8-lt-albrechts-power-armour-thingy]PANZER[/url] thread. some very talented modders have taken the concepts behind Can Opener and run with them.
Dawe is right, you may not need to convert it.
As for whether or not it can be converted, this ling scares me. "I'm not going to lie; Can Opener alters a lot of vanilla resources"
I'm no expert at converting Fallout 3 mods, but i think that MAY be a problem.
I'm already very interested in Panzer. I just fought maybe Can Opener can be converted without to many work.
