Save games won't load after leaving Vault 101

Hi peeps, i'm currently having issues loading save games (I have CASM installed) that saved after leaving Vault 101. These saves just either freeze or inf load. I can load saves from inside the vault, start a new game and even leave the vault from these saves and play for hours.

I've trawled through both TTW forums and Google for any possible answers and fixed, no such luck sadly.

My system specs are:
i7 920 2.6Ghz
16GB Ram
Win 7 64 bit

Running the Steam Fallout 3 GOTY + New Vegas Ultimate Editions
Installed TTW 2.9.4 with FOMM 0.14.14.3 following the install guide for all ini changes also.

So after further faffing around, it seems to turn out that the Vera.esp (Callahan's Fullbore Auto Gun) that is causing the issues (either base NV or TTW). Reloaded old saves and such, loaded first time no prob.
