"A Problem Occured During Install"

Hi! I'm new here and i cant seem to find any solution to my problem anywhere!

I can build my fomod(s) for TTW but when i try to install it using the FOMM (yes, it is the correct one, i followed every direction down to the period.) I get the most bizarre error [attached]. I can't for the life of me figure out what im doing wrong, ive tried rebuilding (twice) and still the same result. ive tried clearing out my temp folder, making sure i have at least 16 gb of storage on both drives, and at this point i really need someone to help me out.

Looks like a permission issue, make sure your ini files are not read only, and run FOMM as admin.
