Firstly, thanks for making such an awesome mod and for all of the updated ESP files and patches to be compatible with it. It took a little while but I have managed to install TTW using Adonis VII's guide as well as some extras like MMM.
Is there a way to fix the freeze that happens when opening VATS? The initial calculations on chance to hit the target causes the game to freeze for a few seconds, whilst it is not game breaking it is annoying.
I have searched online and tried the fixes that I have seen, but none have worked so far.
- Manage 3D settings on Nvidia control panel, set "maximum pre-rendered frames" to 1
- Reduce the max FPS to below 60. (http://www.gamesas.com/fix-for-vats-lag-t56575.html)
I have vsync forced on in the Nvidia profile inspector, apparently that might cause it, but without it on I get bad screen tearing. I initially tried to use NVSR to manage the FPS, but that did not completely eliminate the screen tearing.
PC Specs:
- Win 10 Pro 64-bit
- Intel i5 4690
- Nvidia GTX 970
- 32gb RAM
Mod Organizer (v1.3.15) (I would prefer to use v2, but the archives refuse to be enabled for the Fallout BSA files, so archiveinvalidation does not work, even when checked on in the profile window).
If it is not too much to ask, could you also check the load order? I haven't modded since Skyrim several years ago, so I imagine there are a few issues, but the game is running well (so far).

It seems to be random when the delay happens for me, I think it's just a vanilla issue and not much to be done about it.
