TTW stuttering and freezing

Ive had issues with stuttering and freezing while playing through TTW. I love this mod but its started to become game breaking.

Freezing happens when entering or leaving combat, entering new instances, when the song on the radio changes.

When the enclave assaults the Jefferson memorial, it starts freezing every few seconds unprovoked, and upon entering the rotunda, it slows to a crawl, making it unplayable.

I have tried everything recommended in the performance tweaks recommendations, and nothing there has made a difference, ive verified cache, and that has not done anything. Ive also started a new fresh character, and the same still happens.

Disabling everything besides the base game and the expansions fixes it. Disabling everything besides A TTW, Fallout 3, and Fallout NV (including expansions) does nothing.

I have attached my load order, FOMM version is 0.14.11.12. System is windows 10, 8g of ram, 64 bit, 17-6700 CPU. Fallout 3 was installed from game of the year disc, while fallout NV was installed with game of the year through steam.

The Windows 10 fall creators update broke NVSR, so uninstall it.

NVSR has been Uninstalled. Still no difference.

Post your ini files. I've seen all kinds of issues with freezing in FO3/NV depending on certain settings. Even one single setting "wrong" has caused me no end of trouble before figuring it out.

sorry for the long wait, I was having problems logging in for awhile, here are my ini files, i really want to get this issue resolved as i love this mod.

I couldn't say right off, but it almost sounds like asset thrashing of some kind; where an excess cell load time try to move data in and out constantly then just crashes.

I don't see anything off-hand. Shouldn't bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles be 1? Shouldn't cause your trouble in any case. Anywho, my thought is: Windows 10 sucks! Especially after the last major update. No old games work worth a shit anymore. That's why I keep Windows 7 on the system I use for gaming. None of these issues, and best of all, no more updates from MS that will kill my old games. I think they're doing it on purpose to force people to buy newer games.

Yes & No, Linux has Wonderful & Great VirtualBox ( I use Xubuntu), But it allows me to Run Dos 5.0 ( for Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe), Dos 6.22 & Windows 3.1 for a laugh, when young I.T's are about .... I once got it running Dos 2.11. However, .ISO = Best Windows Ever, It runs in a Window ! on Linux, so Windows get to wander the internet, with Knickers around ankles, LINUX controls Secruity .., I Like it ... Cause VirtualBox is not limited to just Linux & Windows Iso's, any OS, it is said, that was made to run on a PC, should be do-able, with some effort, I have been meaning to see if I can install Concurrent CPM on it, (I have Original Floppys), That will scare the shit out of your average python programmer .. lol

I normally run Xubuntu (16.04LTS), and actually run Doom 2016 in WINE - it runs great with the Vulcan drivers. However, some things are better run in Windows, and for that I have a plain Windows 7 Pro install strictly for games that are best run in Windows. Eventually I may need to setup W10 for a few newer games, but by that time I'll have a better system. It's still years off. Windows 7 runs (nearly) anything that can run on DX11 or lower.
