Hi, new to this, my friend, ill call her Lilly, recommended this to me since I've always wanted to play my copy of Fallout 3 on my PC having purchased it years ago to not be able to play it since Bethesda didn't wanna update the game to work on 7,8, 8.1 and 10 :D
Anywho, I installed TWW not that long ago and used FOMM as well.
She walked me though the process, and I followed all of her steps..
We finally got the game to boot with the mods.
However.. when starting a new game, (it auto starts me into Fallout 3's intro)
The father gets what she dubs the infamous Dr. Mitchell head spin and float glitch.
but oh no, not just the dad, EVERYONE gets this, some glitch through chairs, other through walls..
basically, I'm worried to continue further to play the game because We allllll know the stability of Bethesda's games, I mean its Bethesda, it just works, amiright?
Point is, Does anyone know whats going on?
Heres what I can give:
I own both Fallout 3 GOTY
and Fallout NV: Ultimate Edition
I've purchased these through steam (if you need clarification)
FOMM's mod index if needed:

This is from a Steam Forum on
This is from a Steam Forum on the subject
you can detele your or remove your mydocuments configuration files and re-launch the Fallout New Vegas Launcher have it reconfigure your settings. This will replace those configuration files with new ones.
Remove FALLOUT ini, Falloutprefs and Renderinfo and restart the game. You could even go as far as removing the Fallout_default configuration file and downloading a fresh one from Steam through verify integrity cache from System properties by right clicking Fallout New Vegas>properties and click on the Local files tab. Then relaunch the game.
If you're not sure where you FALLOUT, Falloutprefs ini's are; path is here.
C:\Users\"computername"\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV
Unless you have mods installed look there first.
There were also some comments that this was due to Windows 7 Aero.

It's not Aero - this happened
It's not Aero - this happened to me all the time in XP, and doesn't happen (virtually) at all in W7. In my opinion, it's a running-out-of-memory issue. Make sure they are using the 4GB patch, NVAC, and NVSR. There are threads here on the settings to use in NVSR.
