Game freezing in certain conditions in FO3

I have NVSE and NVSR. My nvse plugins are Jip LN, Lutana, MCM, NVAC, and Ui organizer.

I have no texture mods, event viewer reports no app hangs from FalloutNV.exe. No specific hardware issues. No crashes reported. The last save game that loads is a save game in Arefu after completing Blood ties. ENBoost has helped with fps drastically. Going to the citadel eventually leads to annoying crashes, though they may not be related. I've had one freeze testing with Arefu, but it seems unrelated. Occasionally when loading saves the game will load a black screen and the only thing I can hear is the audio. There is no pattern to what I'm doing that causes crashes. I've recently disabled autosaves. Playing outside of the capital wasteland doesn't freeze my game.

I am almost certain this isn't a hardware issue. The only time there is a save issue or freezing is going to certain places on the map. Playing elsewhere in the capital wasteland or new vegas is a joy.

I'm having the same issue here. The game just freezes out of nowhere. I followed the TTW performance guide step-by-step and it still freezes and i don't have any problems with mods clashing

You are using a mod with bad assets in it most likely.
