Trying to go back in Scientific Pursuits with setstage

ive been looking at all the setstage guides,ive been trying to go back for scientific pursuits,ive replaced 00014e89 with 0A14e89 which 0A is where fallout3.esm is in my load order and that doesnt work ive used geck and it tells me the order is 06 but thats were the caravan pack is for me and its not that console commands arent working for me,to test i used the add caps command and it worked.oh and i know its "setstage questid #".So if possible any help is appreacated Alright finally got the right id since its not giving me errors anymore but it doesnt seem to be doing anything,im trying to make it so i have to talk to Li which would be "setstage 0A014E86 20" but i go talk to her and she tells me she told me everything and the quest marker is what it was at before
