Missing Operation: Ancorage Textures

I am missing the Brotherhood Outcasts armor textures and/or meshes. I tried uninstalling the .esp and .bsa(s) and loading up the game and the Brotherhood Outcasts armor was normal and fine but when the file is installed, it shows the red square with an exclamation mark. Is there any way to fix this? My load order and TTW Installer log are attached below. (Note: No El Rey.esp is a custom mod made to remove the 'El Rey Motel' map marker because it is in the same place as the Sierra Madre from the 'Sierra Madre on The Strip' mod.)

I've now attached screenshots of the missing meshes and/or textures.

Please read the FAQ section on mods which are incompatible with TTW, you are using at least two.

Check your load order, at least Anchorage.esm and TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm are out of order.

You also seem to have a lot of plugins/masters, I skimmed it and I am sure you have more than 115 in total, be careful because Fallout New Vegas doesn't have a "fixed" optimal load order limit. Some people have problems around 100, others have problems around 110, others can go a bit higher, but it is not recommended to go above 100.

Even if you're not using all of those plugins, the game still indexes them and will still cause problems, always remove from your Data folder or uninstall the ones you're not using to avoid problems.

I also didn't see any merged patch, merged patches are always recommended, specially when using a lot of plugins.

Would you be able to tell me what mods to merge path and how to do it? I'm a severe noob to modding. I deleted many mods that I wasn't using or are just to affect the beginning. I included a new copy of my load order. The problem still consists.
