I downloaded the files as instructed. Loading times are equivalent to what are noted on the information page. When I attempt to run the program as an administrator, nothing happens. I have also tried opening the program solely through FOMM, but it gives an error code claiming there is no script to run TTW. Here is the required info needed:

I also have NVSE installed. Otherwise, I took out all mods before downloading TTW.
Symptoms: As mentioned above, it does not install properly on this computer.
What I have done: Tried running it through FOMM (since the ESM for TTW was created, BUT ONLY the esm for TTW.) Added it to the FOMM load order, but it crashed the game every time I had the esm running - it would show the NCR ranger, but clicking an option would crash the game.
Version of Fallout3 installed: FO3 GOTY as downloaded on Steam
Note about Fallout 3 running on my PC: this might be part of the problem (not sure, but that's why I am asking), but for some reason, Fallout 3 will play for a few minutes, but always crashes right before I leave the vault.
