White Screen when going to new vegas. FIX

Hello. Like me some of you may experience a bug when you travel to new vegas and all you get is a white screen. Well im here to tell you how to bypass this easily. First download and install The USS Hoodwink mod here, http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58204/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fnewvegas%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D58204%26preview%3D&pUp=1 next go into then game and go to the water area between jefferon memorial and riverboat landing. Find a small sunken boat and loot the body on top of it to get the key card to the boat. Next swim down to the boat and enter it. Now save your game and exit the game, next open your mod manager and disable the USS Hoodwink mod (you can enable it again later) and finally load the save where you were in the boat. You should appear in Goodsprings. Hope this helped :) (btw this fix is not permanent and i hope you guys dont plan on traveling alot between the wastelands because you will have to repeat this step evreytime you want to go to new vegas)

This happens when mods interfere with the VCG00 and 01 quests in vegas (which they shouldn't).

If you have a mod which conflicts with them, please list them here.

I dont have any mods that would cause this kind of conflict ive tested it.
