Cant Get Back To DC

So I'm where the train station should be in Freeside, in fact I see it. The only problem is I cant access it. There is a white building and a brick building phasing into each other. I am using Freeside Open if that changes anything. Ive tried all the doors and looked for all the doors but they dont work or are just an empty doorway with no door in it. I've attached a photo below. If anybody knows what causes this and knows how to fix it, or I'm just an idiot and am overlooking something please let me know. Thank you for your time and effort!

You need to download the Freeside Open patch?

If you "cleaned" anything, restore the uncleaned files and don't "clean" (break) stuff.

Thanks Roy! I didn't know there was a patch, this fixed everything!
