Fort Bannister CO Quarters CTD

Firstly I would like to say hi, 

I am running TTW on Intel Core i7-4720HQ, 2.60GHz.Windows 10,x64, and 16gb RAM.Both original games from STEAM.I am using FOMM.

I made all ini changes mentioned in performance guide.

My problem is that whenever i approach CO quarters (crater with tent in it) in Fort Bannister i get CTD.I noticed that when i drive in there with car everything is ok, but when i exit vehicle CTD.Luckilly this is only issue with my TTW(AFAIK).

PS.Could someone check my load order, I followed Load order guide but I could have screwed something.(Also I have made Merged Patch).

Have you tried going in without a car?

Yes at first I went there without a car(CTD every time). Then after multiple attempts on foot I drove a car in there.
