Loot warning for TTW

I get a message in Loot that I need to check my Tale of Two Wastelands load order.  I THINK I followed the instructions but I may have missed something.  The game seems to run fine so far.  What have I messed up?  Load order below:

I think you can ignore the message your load order is right its just a note to take a look if its right while its not the original FNV. Did you use a merged Patch? If not you should make a merged Patch.

I did, but after filtering for conflict losers, it doesn't look like the merged patch does a very good job of resolving them so I went line by line and tweaked it.  Some of the leveled lists in particular look messed up.  I use Wrye Bash for those in Skyrim it didn't seem to like TTW.

A Merge patch only does some leveled lists and form lists, it's not a replacement for bash unless you do it by hand, which is superior to bash anyway. Very few F3/NV mods even have bash tags.
