Hard lags in the area of Rivet City (inside and outside)

I just installed TTW and began a new game in the DC Wasteland. Everything was totally fine, i had FPS around 50 to 60 (mostly 60). I have installed some mods, ill put my load order down below. But when i had to travel to Rivet City I had very hard lags in the area of Rivet City, even at the Washington memorial Building, my FPS drops to 10 - 20 and its not really playable anymore. But when I start a conversation, everything is fine, i have 60 FPS again. When I end these conversations, it lags again. It lags inside Rivet City and outside in the area. Does anyone has the same issue or even knows a solution for this?

Remove BetterGamePerformance

Remove BetterGamePerformance , a mod that deletes things is a garbage mod and is known to be incompatible with just about every mod that alters worldspace and is completely incompatible with TTW.

Your masters aren't ordered according to this guide. I don't think that is your problem though, it's best to be thorough when troubleshooting however.

Could you export your load

Could you export your load order with your mod manager into a text file and attach it, it will be easier to look through than looking at a picture.

Update: I uninstalled the street lights mod and everythings fine at Rivet City, i dont know why but without this mod the FPS are a lot higher:) but thanks for the help this is an awesome community here!:)
