FMOD Activation Help RESOLVED

Every time I activate package manager then proceed to activate the main FMOD at the very end of the activation I get a popup prompt saying an exception occurred then proceeded with another prompt saying the installation was unsuccessful. I go to the log and all it says is this:

at Script.OnActivate()

I have installed TTW via activating it by FOMM and it works great, I do not know why I am having this error.

PC Specs: OS is Windows 8.1 Pro, 64 bit CPU Is Intel Core I5 and RAM is 12 GB

i'm confused. is this error happening with TTW's fomods and you're saying "i've installed it before no problem, and now this problem?" or what's going on here?

I had to factory reset my computer so I have downloaded TTW and installed before with FOMM perfectly is what I was meaning to say, but now it is not working on the factory rested computer even though it has before.

EDIT: I decided to just do a manual install and that worked perfectly.
