Game freezes after trying to load the Capital Wasteland for 40s after trying to get out of Anacostia Station

I haven't been able to find this file. It's not in the folder with TaleOfTwoWastelands_Main / _Options

Symptoms:

Continued a save made before installing TTW, and then traveled to DC from the Mojave. After navigating the ruins of DC for a while (Union Station, The Mall...), I'm trying to leave them through Anacostia Station, but when I try to exit the station to get into the Wasteland, the game loads for 40~ seconds and then freezes.

You find the install log in Users\"Your Name"\Documents\My Games\Tale Of two Wastelands.

first of all, you should never play using a save you had before installing TTW. but of course that would of required that you had read the faq and as such this would be considered "user error."

Weird but I checked just to verify this and I do not have a TTW folder in that location. I remember in the past having it but I deleted it that folder when I did a clean install of TTW recently and after the successful install it was not in that folder. Now this install was with Windows 10. Does Windows 10 put the TTW folder some place else other than in Documents\My Games?
