Frequent Freezes in same areas

Ok, so I've been searching for quite some time on how to fix this. For the most part i just dodged around the areas that froze my game;however, it has started freeze around the Anchorage Memorial area, which is kinda a main area for new and old characters alike. Though this is not the only place that has been afflicted with this, its started to happen around Arefu and most of the areas that lead to the North so it become hard to keep myself interested in continuing playing.

I know that i have a lot of mods, but until i got TTW i never had problems other than the occasional missing texture or two.

as far as system specs it hard to be exact fore this wasn't my pc until just recently

First, you should remove inactive plugins - it's not a good idea to have inactive plugins in the Data folder.

Also, your mod list is rather messy. One example: you are using NevadaSkies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp, but with TTW you should use NevadaSkies - TTW Edition.esp (as far as I know - I'm not using NS myself). Your WMX install is also faulty, check the TTW WMX install instructions.

In short, double check the installs of your mods.

That said, have you followed the TTW Performance Guide? It's pretty much a must to have a stable game.

I got random freezes when trying to run uGrids 7 so if you've tweaked those settings, I'd recommend to set it back to default (which can be done).

You'll have to start a new game after changing uGrids back, it gets saved in your save file.

Fallout is not Skyrim, not a good idea to change it.

Nevada Skies causes a lot of problems with TTW even with patches, if you still have the freezes after you optimize your game and LO, it might be because of Nevada Skies.

You can change it back in an ongoing game, which is why I wrote "which can be done" in the first place. Basically, make a save in an interior, alt tab out of the game, change the ugrid settings in the ini and save it, alt tab in, use the refreshini console command, make a new save. Done.

Unfortunately, it didn't work I: Cleaned up my load order, checked the guide and did what it told me (in the non-freezing areas my game runs great now) and fnvedit'd it to make sure there were no conflictions what so ever.

So, any other ideas?

WME is still wrongly installed and, in fact, Nevada Skies is also still wrongly installed. You should only use NevadaSkies - TTW Edition.esp for the latter, not NevadaSkies - Ultimate DLC Edition.esp. Basically, it's a good idea to pay attention to install instructions. Check the TTW WMX OP for installation instructions for it. I'd skip Nevada Skies completely and use RWLE instead.

I'd try restarting the game with only the basic TTW install and see if you still get the issue. If not, add a couple of mods at a time, with close attention to the install instructions and then also check if it still seems to work w/o freezes.
