TTW Crashes when entering Jefferson Memorial during Waters of Life quest *FIXED*

My TTW has been crashing when entering the Jefferson Memorial before The Waters of Life main quest. I was able to enter fine before I installed the item browser, the van graffs vendor mod,    and the gun runners vendor mod. I've tried uninstalling those mods, but that has not worked. I'd rather not go through the hassle of uninstalling all of my mods and testing each one, but I    will if I have to. Below I have put all the required info, mods please take this down if I have    made a formatting error or if I posted this in the wrong place. Is there a mod causing the    error(which I think is most likely) or is my load order simply too big?    

Windows 7, 16GB RAM, i7-3630QM CPU @2.40 GHz

Well first thing is to get rid of

UltimatePerformanceTTW.esm=1

These types of mods are incompatible with TTW no matter what the author says, plus placebo.

Try disabling Marts Mutant Mod or lowering the settings, and see if that alleviates the issue.

thanks, hopefully that will work, otherwise i might just do a fresh install :/
