Enclave spawning far too early (I know it's a F3 bug)

Post by captainradish » Thu Aug 20, 2015 1:47 am

I already know this is an F3 bug, but I am trying to find out some info. Basically the problem is that the take it back Enclave soldiers spawn apparently at the beginning of the game. As soon as I walk to Rivet City they are there and pissed at me for some reason. I am well aware this is a Broken Steel bug and not TTWs problem, but does the ttw fix actually fix this problem? I have it installed and it is still happening. If not, is there a fix anywhere? I get massacred by these jackasses and don't want to keep dealing with them.

Edit: I was informed on the chat that this may be a load order bug: http://pastebin.com/cmuWNBAb

press the tilde key "~" to open the console, click on the offending enclave and type "disable" and he will go away

I THINK this is something that TTWFixes should be fixing, if not, then it was probably overlooked

The trouble is I have the entire Take it Back mission spawning without the support of Liberty Prime. Plus, they seem to keep spawning. I probably killed about fifteen Enclave soldiers or so, and that was just the number in between Dukov's place and the monument.

Edit: OK, it is apparently an issue with the Powered Power Armour TTW edition. I may just have to disable it until I finish that part of the mission.
