Operation ancorage

I have just got to the the part in operation anchorage where you need to meet up with the sergeant. He is not there except on the pip boy local map, The person he is meant to kill does die and drop but the sergeant will not be there. I have went into tfc mode and looked around the whole map but he is not there. This makes the quest impossible to finish as you can't get past the door. I just tried using the command killall and he was not knocked unconscious or killed. I noticed that there were no bug reports so i think it may be a technical issue on my part. I know i have some mods on besides TTW but they are compatible with it to the best of my knowledge. I use FOMM and has version 0.10

I use windows 10 64bit, Have a 4 core Intel I7, 5.20gb of available physical memory and 12.5 virtual memory.

I have a steam download of goty Fallout 3 and a steam download of fallout new vegas with all DLC.

I believe that is all the information i needed to give but will give more if needed. Thank you for any and all help.

Try using the console command "prid <montgomery's reference ID>" to select him then "moveto player" to get him to move to you.

Also try using the enable and resurrect commands on him after selecting him with the prid command.

Hi i tried that but when he spawned i could not do anything with him. In the end i needed to download one of my steam cloud saves and restart operation anchorage. (Sorry for the late reply)
