I have a technical question with the website..

Does anyone have the link somewhere on this website that has the website devs talking about and listing various xp delevelers.. to fix not becoming overpowered when entering New Vegas. I figured this was a technical problem for me bc I was actually on that webpage.. and I cant find it now for the life of me. I tried the faqs.. and different parts of the forums.

The webpage had the devs talking about TTW,.. specifically about the problem with becoming overpowered when entering New Vegas, then listing "popular" mods to address the issue.

Yeah, the first link is to the FAQ which you said you had read, the second link is found in the first sentence of that section of the FAQ.
