Error: One or more Errors

Hi all, have recently heard about and wanted to give this a go, but am having problems installing at all. Have extracted the installer and located the FO3 and NV installs, and it goes well until it hits the Textures portion, as indicated in the log:

Full log is attached and on PasteBin.

Currently playing/trying to play on 64-bit Windows 8.1, i7-4900MQ with 32GB RAM. Machine is more than capable of running the games, just not able to get past this point in the installation. Own genuine copies (GOTY and Ultimate) of both games via Steam, and have no custom Mods installed. Have tried rebooting, redownloading the installer, restarting Steam, moving the TTW to another location, no luck.

Try verifying your games from Steam.

Update:

Seemed to be one file missing from the original FO3, everything else including .Net Framework was alright. There was still an error, but redownloading and re-extracting the installer again has pushed it past the point where it died earlier.
