TTW 2.9.4 - long load times

System: Windows 7 x64, CPU Intel core i5 3.00GHz, 8 GB RAM

Mod manager: Mod Organizer 1.3.8

TTW install log attached

MO loadorder.txt attached

load order sorted with LOOT

Fallout 3 version: Steam game of the year

Symptoms: Been getting long load times since updating to 2.9.4, and reading around on the forums it seems to be a widespread issue, albeit one this version should have fixed. Wasn't clear from the threads I looked at whether 2.9.4 has the most recent TTWOptions.esp or if a hotfix is needed, but either way I can't see any hotfixes up for download on the alpha page.

Tried just disabling TTWOptions.esp and going from there, fixes the problem completely, but I'd really like to use those options. Previously I had all four options ticked in the MCM screen.

Edit: Should also add that I am having this problem on a fresh character started for 2.9.4, so there shouldn't be any errant junk floating around.

get the hotfix. or the 2.9.4b version. make a clean save. read all those other threads about this.

Sorry, left off the letter, 2.9.4b is the version I have, wasn't sure if there was a hotfix even after reading the others, but there are no hotfixes that I can see listed on the download page, where I might expect to find it.

did you upgrade from 2.9.4? if you did, you need to make a clean save without optionals.

Yes, I upgraded, and as stated, I started a whole new character/game for the update.

Edit for more specificity: Just checked, and I actually updated from TTW 2.7.3, but with a fresh game.
