actually it's the "rather than make new versions of the weapons available through anch cust with ridiculous amount of durability, here's a perk to set your weapon wear to 0 while you're in the sim" perk.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Welp, just read the posts above. Sorry, my mistake - but either way, it was a sim-perk that was falsely shown during Anchorage.
