Performance gets worse the farther I progress in the game

I'm well in to the main story of FO3, and the performance has been getting worse and worse. Initially the game would get quite slow after 30+ minutes of play, I'd save and reload. Now, it's down to about 30 seconds.

I have NVSE 5 beta 2 installed, with NVAC and NVSR (bReplaceHeap enabled and heapsize set to 450).   Anything anyone can think of that could help fix this issue? I recently upgrade from a 2.8 version to 2.9, but I didn't think that should mess with the game.

turn off heap replacement it causes OOM errors. Use the initial heap (sheson memory patch) feature of NVSE.

I'll take a look into that, but the multi core fix was all that was needed it seems.
