I'm working on it, I'll release a hotfix as soon as I can and, once it's verified, release a new minor version of TTW.

I don't know about everyone
I don't know about everyone else, but it's not like I'm continuing to play on the TaleofTwoWastelands.esm I edited.
I made a backup, went in and deleted the record, tried it out, and saves were loading quickly. Obviously the record is there for a reason. So to play without it, in my opinion, wouldn't be the smartest choice.
I just thought testing it would help narrow down if it was a quick fix for one person, or if it actually helped most people. No, it's not a fix people here should be using, but I feel like it's a step in the right direction at least.

I just made an override of the quest in a new plugin and stripped its contents to test. I'm not planning to actually use it, I made it just to confirm that it was in fact the problem.

It DOESN'T work for me.
It DOESN'T work for me.
I was pretty excited to try it too, but alas... nope still creeping load times. Please test more than just loading your save.
I changed the quest stage setting into direct script code running in game mode, which would remove the quest stage call stack issues. This made absolutely no difference with my save which has load time creep.

I'm not quite sure what you
I'm not quite sure what you mean by testing more than just loading a save, Roy.
The issues I were having were loading and reloading whether it be autosaves, quicksaves, or reloading upon death. All of those would cause infinite loading screens, or at least 5-15 minutes of loading.

Roy and I don't think that
I don't think that the TTWFunctions is the root of the issue. I don't think Roy does either, given that he tested this thoroghly. It hasn't changed since [2.6.3, I think?] That said, Jax has started work rebuilding the thing to hopefully be more efficient. When that's done it'll probably (hopefully) be released to Trusted members for testing, followed shortly by a hotfix, pending a lack of issues. Once this load time issue is done there is nothing stopping us from working through our list of things needed to be done for a full release.
My project Dash is on Kickstarter!

I mean loading your save,
I mean loading your save, then playing for a couple hours while noting if there is any load time creep. Don't do any quests, just run around a bit and kill stuff.

Finished Operation Anchorage,
Finished Operation Anchorage, dropped off my gear, and then ran around the wasteland killing things with the Gauss Rifle. Ran from Tenpenny Tower to the other end of the Wasteland without issue. Did that for a few hours, and no change in loading time yet. Also did that NukaCola quest in Girdershade. Got killed a few times, jumped from top of Tenpenny Tower, took a mini-nuke to the face, had no increase in loading times upon reloading. Average is now around 5 to 15 seconds. Also quit the game a few times to fix a mod and loading times continued same as before.

Alright I released a patch
Alright I released a patch for closed testing (Trusted Posters only, for now). Once they verify it worked and decreased load times (or did not) I'll release it here.
