Paradise falls? They won't leave!

I've searched for this problem online to no avail. I went to Paradise falls and talked my way in. Then I bought Clover. Then I decided to wreck the place and killed every slaver. I unlock the doors and talk to everyone. Each one starts running but then they just stop and walk around. I talk to the kids and it gives me the quest Rescue From Paradise (Which seems too early), but the kids just walk around now too and no one will talk to me. Turns out foolish me forgot Grouse and the guard outside they weren't dead when everyone started running. Is this the problem or something else entirely. I'll post a modlist if it doesn't turn out to be some thing simple.

You'll need to post your load order. 

Doesn't matter if Grouse or other outer guard are dead or not. Grouse actually doesn't turn hostile if he still has the mesmertron. The Rescue from Paradise starts when talking to the kids that's it's trigger. 

You have a mod conflict somewhere along the way. 

Put your load order in pastebin and link here, also post computer specs

Thanks but It fixed itself. Just Fallout deciding to F up on me. But now it's all good and Paradise Falls is a ghost town. Thanks for responding.
