Freeze on NCR Ranger when loading up NVSE.exe
I booted up TTW and got this problem, everything would load correctly, the obsidian and bethesda logo stuff until it gets to the NCR ranger, it immediately freezes and i cant bring up anything, it still plays the music but its just frozen on the screen, ive tryed system restarts and cleaning masters in FONV Edit and deleting fiolders in the BSA files, i just cant think of anything else to do i used FOMM and NMM to install my mods.

Are your using NVSR and NVAC?
Are your using NVSR and NVAC? How many mods did you install before noticing the problem? I also can notice the lack of a merged or bashed patch.
I had that problem when i stupidly installed the whole ttwoee guide without testing between mods. Turned out to be NVSR conflicting with a windows 10 update. There was a post about that in the site.

No problem pal, you can still
No problem pal, you can still have NVSR (if your game is stuttering), you just have to change the ini settings. I beleive there was a thread about that on the site. Ohh, found it : https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-performance-guide. Check that out.

I couldn't get it to work on
I couldn't get it to work on my W10 laptop even with the changed settings. I had to simply remove NVSR. :( I'm hoping that can get fixed at some point, but I won't hold my breath. ;)

Right, sorry. Fix was
Right, sorry. Fix was definitely the wrong word there. What I meant was a work-around for yet another Windows issue. :D
