freeze on NCR Ranger when loading up NVSE.exe

I booted up TTW and got this problem, everything would load correctly, the obsidian and bethesda logo stuff until it gets to the NCR ranger, it immediately freezes and i cant bring up anything, it still plays the music but its just frozen on the screen, ive tryed system restarts and cleaning masters in FONV Edit and deleting fiolders in the BSA files, i just cant think of anything else to do i used FOMM and NMM to install my mods.

You appear to have unconverted F3 esps in your load order, unconverted mods cannot be used in TTW.

Do *NOT* Clean any masters of Fallout NV or Fallout 3 or TTW. This will break TTW.
