Game thinks that i'm in the capital wasteland when im in new vegas (Solved)

I'm currently encountering a bug that is real pain in the ar**


As the title say's, im currently having problems with the game thinking that im in the capital wasteland when im in new vegas. How i know this is that when i go to use the train in New Vegas the game says "Do you want to travel to New Vegas" When in New Vegas. I also have noticed that i dont have NV Radio stations and they are all Capital Wasteland Radio Stations. So here are my findings 


I have tested with and without mods. Fresh and not so fresh save.


With a fresh save Without Mods the game thinks that I'm in New Vegas  and asks if i want to go to new Vegas. I do however still have the radio stations but the game constantly asks do i want to go to new Vegas in new Vegas every time


Now first thought was. This is definitely a mod issue. But surprisingly not, after getting off the train i went out side saved then re-enabled all the mods again. The radio didn't go away, i still had Radio new Vegas although the game still asked if i wanted to go to new Vegas  in the NV train station 


However on my current save level 51 all states maxed out, i started in DC and when i traveled to the NV i started the doc Mitchell quest and everything was fine. I checked my pipboy and radio NV and the other one is gone replaced with the capital wasteland radios. I also go the exact same message as the fresh save "Do you want to travel to New Vegas". I found that traveling back and forth will make the radio new veags work for some time. Once you set foot out of the station after 2 seconds its gone again replace by GNR


I have tried "setstage 0c00dfab 0" and "setstage 0c00dfab 3" That makes it work for a bit. Just like coming out of the station, it works for 2 seconds then gone

It was a NVSE issue, Update

It was a NVSE issue, Update to NVSE 5 beta 2. Something about world space not working but luthien fixed it
