Your FOMM is out of date , get the latest FOMM fork, the fomod install probably failed. 0.14.11.12 is the latest version of FOMM.

You should be able to update
You should be able to update FOMM without having to reinstall anything.
If you manually installed then it's probably load order, the old FOMM did not sort by date.
