I saw something like this elsewhere but it was marked solved. I cant get the FO3 sound effects or title screen music to work. The file listed under the file list isnt even in the folder. All I get is a BMP file thats defaulted to open in photoshop. Of course, the image is just a white rectangle. Everything else works fine, just no files. I installed them with FOMM but even on a new download of TWW I dont see the files and dont get the music or any of the sound effects.
Side note: I got FO3s title music by straight up copying it out of FO3s files, so thats a workaround. Cant speak on the other files.
