Hello! I'm about 30 hours into the game. About roughly, I don't know, 5 hours in, I found Dogmeat and hired him. I'd also say about 10 hours in I found Sergeant RL-3, and hired him. Everything went fine for a long time. Fast-forward to now, I just completed Operation Anchorage. I manually dismissed RL-3, but Dogmeat was dismissed automatically upon entering Anchorage. After I was finished, I went to RL-3 and hired him. I then went to Dogmeat and attempted to hire him. I was unable to as I had too many companions already, according to the game. I dismissed RL-3 and tried it again in reverse. Same issue.
I was thinking, what if the follower Benjamin Montgomery dude was still in my party, taking up a slot? I talked to my friend and he suggested that RL-3 may actually the same class as Dogmeat. So, was it a bug that happened before that merely corrected itself now, much later? Or was it correct in the first place, and it just now broke? In any case, I attempted using the console command "set "b16d0".bCritterInParty to 0" a bunch as my friend suggested, and that didn't help. Whether or not it was broken before or broken after, something is clearly not working as intended.
I should point out: When I started this save, I was using a vanilla TTW Install. If there was a bug beforehand (it erroneously allowing two followers of the same type,) that would mean that it happened with an entirely vanilla installation, + MCM and UIO (to use the TTW Options file.) About 20 hours in I discovered the long load times with TTW Options MCM File, so I installed the hotfix, making a clean save in my Megaton house. I also used console commands to fix the bobblehead perks as a result of making a clean save, using the removeperk and addperk commands. About 5 hours ago, I discovered Nevada Skies + a Citadel fix I found on the TTW forums. I went inside the Citadel A-Ring and made a clean save there to enable it. It was after this point that I went to Operation Anchorage for the first time, and I encountered the problem.

Otherwise, in my 30+ hours of playing the Fallout 3 portion, I've encountered no real bugs aside from the occasional CTD. The only bugs I've found exist in the Fallout 3 base game as well. I'm really impressed with how stable this mod is, you guys really outdid yourself. Keep up the great work!
