NEWEST (I think 2.9.4 or something like that, whatever is the newest at 6-17-15) TTW Not working

I recently deleted all of my fallout related stuff off of my computer, cleaning it of old mods i don't use, and other things, and then re-installing both the Ultimate Edition of New Vegas and the Game of the Year Edition of Fallout 3 from Steam. I also uninstalled and deleted anything else from anywhere, anything TTW or Fallout related. I then downloaded the newest installer, I believe it is 2.9.4, and it said it installed properly. However, when I loaded Fallout Mod Manager, which is what I always used before, but none of the Fallout 3/F3 DLC ESMs appear when I click to manage Fallout: New Vegas. When I manage Fallout: 3, it shows up with just Fallout 3. I don't remember if last time I installed TTW if it even gave me the option to manage Fallout 3, but I have a feeling it didn't. I could be wrong. Anyways, can someone please help me with fixing this, I am a huge fan of TTW, as I prefer the DC Wasteland over the, calmer, Mojave.

The installer makes fomods in the location that you told it too, that you then need to import into F:NV, its a F:NV mod, you don't need to open FO3 at all.

I cant load it, before it was detected, i dont know whats happening. Can you give me like a step by step, cuz im dumb

Every time I try to add it it says there was a problem and FOMM crashed. It goes "not responding" and then it responds but says there was a problem and when i click OK it exits FOMM. Can someone help?
