Help with the framerate

Post by Greshloc » Fri Jun 05, 2015 7:11 am

This post has probably been asked a dozen times but I wanted to ask myself. I'll provide all the necessary info.

System Specs

Windows 8.1

AMD A-8 4500M APU 1.9 GHZ (one of those HP laptops)

6 gigs of Ram

AMD Radeon 7640G for the video card

I use NMM and FOMM all updated, Fallout 3 came from the steam GOTY download, and New vegas did too.

I just have low framerates at times and a lot of stutter when turning even when inside. I would think I could adequately run this without much problem. I hope I can find answers.

I have used a lot of fixes. I have NVAC, the stutter remover, I use OneTweak, and I open with the 4gb loader with NVSE and mod menu. I make sure not to have v-sync on. I have also tried reducing settings, the only option I have on high is textures and even reducing that didn't help much, a lot of things are on low even. I don't think I use very intensive mods, but I could be wrong.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

The game is very CPU

The game is very CPU intensive. If you have a multicore processor, the multicore tweak is essential for stability and performance.
