Missing Jefferson Memorial meshes and textures

Post by Drakkletannon » Thu Jun 04, 2015 4:58 am

Simply put I am missing Jefferson memorial (A specifically tiled floor) corner piece, there are several of these with the ID enclosed below. If this was already answered I could not find it and would be delighted to have a redirect if that is indeed the case. This error renders the main quest nearly unplayable as traversing the Jefferson Memorial without floors is quite the task without toggling collision, let alone NPCs falling through the floor for eternity.

  • System Specs Windows 8.1 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600) (9600.winblue_r9.150322-1500), Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz, Memory is at32768MB RAM

  • FOMM 0.14.11.12

  • TTW Install Log will be supplied below

  • Current Load Order will be offered in an image below.

  • Symptoms: Simply a few missing meshes, they seem to be linked by a specific tileset oddly enough

  • Currently running on Steam GOTY for both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.

Load order, delete EVE FNV - NO DLC and EVE FNV - NO GRA

trying using FNV4GB updated and see if that solves your issue.

Deleted NO DLC and NO GRA,

Post by Drakkletannon » Thu Jun 04, 2015 2:04 pm

Deleted NO DLC and NO GRA, added the 4G into the install directory (One folder up from Data), ran 4G and issue persists after loading, leaving the cell and re-entering.

Edit: Tenpenny tower as I suspected is heavily effected by this issue. It is incredibly difficult to traverse in its current state.

I'm using FOMM and NMM, not

I'm using FOMM and NMM (To download and install other mods, I manually installed TTW), not using Mod Organizer.

Are you using any graphics

Post by thermador » Fri Jun 05, 2015 3:13 pm

Are you using any graphics upgrades, mesh/texture replacers like NMC's or Poco Bueno?  If these were not fully installed, or had corrupted files, then that could do it.  Re-download and re-install, possibly a manual install.  Full-blown max-res NMC's, combined for both wastelands, is a huge file that FOMM/NMM can sometimes have problems installing all the way.

Otherwise, my next step would be to fully rebuild TTW in a new folder and manually install it to your FNV folder, overwriting everything.  Reset your load order, and test it out.

I only have EVE and Western

Post by Drakkletannon » Fri Jun 05, 2015 8:15 pm

I only have EVE and Western Sky. I already had the corrupted file idea, I validated both my New Vegas and Fo3 on Steam, one file was re-aquired from Fallout 3 and two from New Vegas. I redid the installation and the issue persists.

Well I've exhausted my ideas.

Well I've exhausted my ideas. The only thing I can think of is Antivirus interfering, hardware failure, driver issues, or windows 8 at this point. Or perhaps FOMM didn't actually finish the installation correctly, try manually installing.
