I've manually installed, I.E. extracting into a folder and adding all the files to the Fallout NV install directory. I had an idea that my original Fallout3 meshes were corrupt from the beginning and it ported them over possibly not realizing they're broken?

I noted in my first post that I am running the steam GOTY variants of the game and that later I had verified the integrity of my game cache and reinstalled the mod with the "New" validated files. It did not work, clearly. (Since I did all of that before posting.)

Tried several things stopping
Tried several things stopping short of a fresh install. I'm at my wits end with this and I'd rather not lost my progress and other mods. Though TTW may very well be worth it in the end.. I'm giving a last ditch effort to hope for a fix while tweaking things on my end.

So I went over your PC specs again, are you using integrated graphics? If we knew what video card you are using it might help.

The bsa tool can very rarely
The bsa tool can very rarely create a bad archive on some processors. The reason is unknown. Perhaps this is the issue you are having. You can look up the model used in fnvedit and extract it from fallout 3 files and manually place it in your data folder under the same path.

Alright, I'll give it a shot
Alright, I'll give it a shot after work and then give an update on how it works. Thank ya for the idea, I didn't realize it was so easy to manually extract a model.

Yup, FOMM has a bsa browser
Yup, FOMM has a bsa browser and you can extract the mesh/textures from the original BSA's and place them and see if it works.
