Did the installer 'create' any files in the "C:\TTW\Nouveau dossier2\Nouveau dossier"? If so, is anything there?

If your versions of those games are non-English then you are out of luck.

The TTW FAQ says only English versions work though you may be able to get a workaround if you follow the instructions on that page.
