Constant everywhere or in a certain place? Game loads and then ctds? or after some time? You need to give more details and post a copy of your mod list and load order in a spoiler. Also, FOMM is better for TTW than NMM.

I see readius in the screenshot. Readius make TTW go BOOOOMMM!!!! May not be the only problem, but it's certainly A problem.
