I have followed the guide step by step using the hotllinks to download all necessary software. Steam install, amd 8370, 16gb, latest mm,win 10 pro. The load order is perfect as it shows in the examples given. No extra mods. The game will not start wether steam, fomm, desktop shortcut etc unless I navigate to the steam folder and execute the nvse loader.exe. Been a few years since using mods etc so a little rusty.
Load error

I ask because I am new to fomm and am not sure where I put the esm etc for fomm to see them and I can activate them. I am also stuck in the overseer's terminal and remembered I had not gotten to the patches and that may be the cause.

Go to package manager, add
Go to package manager, add fomod from file, select the 7z you downloaded with the hotfixes, activate it, say yes to overwrites.

Yep, thanks. I already
Yep, thanks. I already figured that out with good ol YouTube. Little different than Nexsus mm but fine. Old Linux user here so diggin down is fun. I did get a load forever error on a save when I activated the hotfix so removed it for now as I obviously did something wrong. My son now has to have TTW after seeing it, lol.

Wak. So with some of the
Wak. So with some of the tutorials I have watched you have to extract the compressed file and build a fomod out of that. If the 7z is actually already a fomod a quick comment stating that fact would be helpful to noobs to TTW like me. I understand that babysitting is not what this site is about but,,,,, many people who love the game just do not have the time with life's busy schedule to go through everything and figure it out. They are not lazy just busy. This mod is the greatest thing since sliced bread and if there was a TTW absolute noobs section it would greatly enhance and populate the userbase. I am semi retired and have the time to dig through things, also my part time job allows me copious time on my laptop for digging, learning, modding, playing etc so if the site needs any help I am available. I usually do not get upset unless a long dig has produced no answers. After long hours exploring the site and forums I see a ton of work done here, wow to all those who have pitched in. Paid friday and will donate monday as I have already had many hours of enjoyment with this. Ok, enough of that, going to try the hotfix using the 7z as the fomod and see what happens. Fantastic job people.

The 7z seems to be the sweet
The 7z seems to be the sweet spot for the hotfixes. Starting to add some mods now. I have noticed an annoying stutter after installing mnc textures, checked it on the laptop which is plain vanilla fo3 with a few mods and get the same. seems to be around the gravelly areas. I am going to uninstall the dead floura oh version on vanilla and see if thats causing it as it can't be ttw itself as the same happens on vanilla.
